Check and make sure that email notifications are activated in the App, and that notifications aren’t being blocked in your smartphone settings. The Emails notification may also be going to your Spam folder.
Like all other devices, the camera lens of the Nest Cam Outdoor can get dirty after long periods of use. To clean the lens, it is best to use a soft lint free cloth. Camera lens cloths, as well as cloths used for cleaning glasses, are ideal for this.
